About
We are the Seattle Warriors Boys Lacrosse Club, a founding member of the Seattle Metropolitan Youth Lacrosse Association (SMYLA). Our program serves the Lincoln and Roosevelt High School boundaries.
We strive to introduce K-8 boys to the great game of lacrosse while instilling in them values of sportsmanship, teamwork, individual development, and respect for the game.
Our season runs annually from late February through May, with possible tournament opportunities in June. Registration opens in November each year.
For players looking for travel lacrosse opportunities, we work closely with the great Cityside Lacrosse organization.

Registration for Spring 2024 Open Now!

Equipment - Players must have their own equipment: lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouth guard, and athletic protector cup.

Uniforms - Players must have their own team shooting shirt and shorts. The Club will provide jerseys.

K-2 age group - Players only need a lacrosse stick and do not need team shooting shirts or shorts.

USL Membership - The registration process requires an active US Lacrosse membership number. You can obtain or renew memberships for $30 per year from US Lacrosse.

Lacrosse is the oldest sport native to North America, dating back centuries with Native Americans playing various forms of the sport. Over the last two decades, lacrosse has been the fastest-growing team sport in the United States.

Guidelines for Registration
Registration opens late fall for the spring season (February through May). For our K-2 and Grade 3/4 teams, we will make room for everyone excited to learn lacrosse. In older age groups that are more structured, numbers may be limited based on the number of teams we can field (typically one or two) and the proper player counts to ensure quality playing time for all players.
Our program serves families that live in, or attend schools, in the Lincoln and Roosevelt High School zones. If you are outside that zone but wish to join our program, please contact us at info@seattlewarriors.org to discuss options.
Our program values and supports multi-sport athletes. Many young athletes have competing schedules and may not be able to make all our practices. But please make an effort to attend whenever possible.
